🧵 **TURNAROUND TIME (PRODUCTION)

Standard turnaround time is up to 7–10 business days (about 1.5-2 weeks).
Turnaround time applies to business days only and does not include shipping time.

Please refrain from inquiring about your order before the full turnaround time has passed.

Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a tracking notification via email. If you provided a mobile number at checkout, tracking may also be sent via text.

⚡ *RUSH ORDER OPTIONS (PRODUCTION SPEED ONLY)

Need your order sooner? Rush fees move your order ahead in production. Rush fees apply to production time only and do not include shipping speed.

• Within 2 business days – $20

• Within 7 business days – $15

Rush availability depends on the current workload. Please message before purchasing a rush add-on if your deadline is strict.

Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, depending on order size and destination.

Estimated shipping times once shipped:

• USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

• FedEx Ground: 2–5 business days

• FedEx Express: 1–2 business days

Shipping time begins after your order is completed and either dropped off at the post office or picked up by the post office.

Riah D.I.Y is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once in transit. However, tracking and premium insurance will always be provided.

If you are working with a deadline, you must select the appropriate rush option + shipping method at checkout.

📦 Local Pickup Options

Riah D.I.Y currently offers two pickup options:

1. Lockbox Pickup (FREE)

Customers retrieve their order directly from a secure lockbox.

• Lockbox pickup cutoff is strictly 7:00 PM daily - no exceptions

• Pickup instructions are sent once the order is ready

• Orders not picked up the same day may be picked up any day before the original scheduled pickup date, during regular pickup hours

• Orders not picked up within the allowed window may be rescheduled

2. Personal Handover Pickup ($2 Convenience Fee)

Face-to-face exchange between the customer and Riah.

• Subject to availability

• A $2 fee is required to account for time and potential scheduling delays

• Personal handovers must be scheduled within designated time slots

• Late arrivals may result in cancellation or rescheduling without a refund of the handover fee

Please respect scheduled pickup times. Riah is very busy and is consistently working to complete orders within set time frames.

• Pickup options do not change production turnaround times

• Orders must be picked up within selected time windows

• Repeated failure to pick up may result in cancellation or future pickup restrictions

Digital Downloads Policy

All digital products sold by Riah D.I.Y are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or accessed.

Important Information

• Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated

• Files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own

• You may not alter and resell digital products as your own designs

• If you experience issues accessing your file, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for assistance

Riah D.I.Y is not responsible for:

• User error

• Incompatible software or devices

• Failure to download files within the provided access period

🎨 CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

All custom and personalized items are final sale.

Please double-check spelling, sizes, colors, and details before submitting your order. Riah D.I.Y is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Mockups may be provided when applicable. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

🔁 RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• No returns or refunds on personalized or custom items

• No returns or refunds on underwear or intimate items

• Refunds or replacements are only issued if Riah D.I.Y made an error

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

📦 CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided Riah has not started production and/or materials have not been purchased.
Once production begins and materials have been purchased, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

📍 ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and material differences

• Riah D.I.Y reserves the right to refuse service to anyone

• Policy is subject to change at any time without notice
