🧵 ***TURNAROUND TIME (PRODUCTION)

Standard turnaround time is up to 7-10 business days(Monday-Friday)  (about 1.5-2 weeks).
Turnaround time applies to business days only and does not include shipping time.

Please refrain from inquiring about your order before the full turnaround time has passed.

Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a tracking notification via email. If you provided a mobile number at checkout, tracking may also be sent via text.

Need your order sooner? Rush fees move your order ahead in production. Rush fees apply to production time only and do not include shipping speed.

• Same/Next Day - $60

• Within 2 business days – $50

• Within 3-5 business days – $35

• Within 6-9 - $25

Rush availability depends on the current workload. Please message before purchasing a rush add-on if your deadline is strict.

Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins.

RUSH ORDERS & RUSH SERVICE POLICY

Rush orders are orders requested with a turnaround time shorter than our standard 10–14 business day processing time. Rush availability is not guaranteed and is only accepted when we determine that the order can reasonably be accommodated.

ALL RUSH ORDER FEES AND RUSH SERVICES ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCE.

By submitting payment for a rush order or rush service, you acknowledge and agree that the rush fee is a charge for priority processing and the additional time, labor, scheduling adjustments, and expedited arrangements required to accommodate your requested deadline. Rush fees are not a deposit and are not refundable if the order is later cancelled, changed, delayed, or unable to be completed by the requested date.

RUSH ORDER RETAILER & SHIPPING DELAYS

Rush orders often require materials, blanks, garments, supplies, or other items to be purchased and/or shipped on an expedited timeline. Once those items have been ordered, Riah D.I.Y is dependent on the retailer, supplier, shipping carrier, and/or manufacturer for delivery.

While we will make reasonable efforts to monitor shipments and communicate significant delays, we cannot control retailer processing times, inventory issues, shipping delays, carrier delays, lost packages, damaged packages, weather-related delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Because of the compressed timeline associated with rush orders, a delay in receiving required materials may affect the completion or delivery date of your order.

If materials arrive later than expected, your order may be delayed even if the delay extends beyond the originally requested deadline. This does not make the rush fee or rush service refundable.

RUSH ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Rush orders cannot be cancelled simply because required materials are delayed or because the requested completion date can no longer be met due to circumstances outside of Riah D.I.Y.'s control.

Once a rush order has been accepted and rush arrangements, materials, or production time have been committed, the order cannot be cancelled for a refund based on supplier, retailer, shipping, or carrier delays.

If Riah D.I.Y is unable to complete an order due to circumstances within our control, we will communicate with the customer and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

By purchasing a rush order or rush service, you acknowledge that rush processing does not guarantee that third-party suppliers or shipping carriers will deliver materials by a specific date. You are agreeing to the possibility of delays that may occur outside of Riah D.I.Y's control.

If your event or deadline cannot accommodate the possibility of a third-party shipping or supplier delay, a rush order may not be the appropriate option for you.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, depending on order size and destination.

Estimated shipping times once shipped:

• USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

• FedEx Ground: 2–5 business days

• FedEx Express: 1–2 business days

Shipping time begins after your order is completed and either dropped off at the post office or picked up by the post office.

Riah D.I.Y is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once in transit. However, tracking and premium insurance will always be provided.

If you are working with a deadline, you must select the appropriate rush option + shipping method at checkout.

📦 LOCAL PICKUP OPTIONS

Riah D.I.Y currently offers two pickup options:

1. Lockbox Pickup (FREE)

Customers retrieve their order directly from a secure lockbox.

• Lockbox pickup cutoff is strictly 7:00 PM daily - no exceptions

• Pickup instructions are sent once the order is ready

• Orders not picked up the same day may be picked up any day before the original scheduled pickup date, during regular pickup hours

• Orders not picked up within the allowed window may be rescheduled

🚨 Important Pickup Notes

• Pickup options do not change production turnaround times

• Orders must be picked up before 7 pm

• Repeated failure to follow pickup rules will cause future pickup restrictions

​

LOYALTY POINT DEDUCTIONS

Loyalty points are earned based on qualifying order totals and purchases. Following pickup instructions does not earn loyalty points.

​

However, loyalty points may be deducted when a customer fails to follow the posted pickup instructions, including improper parking, blocking vehicles, unauthorized pickups, or other pickup violations.

​

Points are subject to deduction at Riah D.I.Y's discretion based on the severity of the violation. Repeated or serious violations may also result in loss of future pickup privileges.

​

That keeps the two things completely separate:
Order total = how you earn points.
Pickup violations = how you can lose points.

​

Digital Downloads Policy

All digital products sold by Riah D.I.Y are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or accessed.

Important Information

• Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated

• Files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own

• You may not alter and resell digital products as your own designs

• If you experience issues accessing your file, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for assistance

Riah D.I.Y is not responsible for:

• User error

• Incompatible software or devices

• Failure to download files within the provided access period

🎨 CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

All custom and personalized items are final sale.

Please double-check spelling, sizes, colors, and details before submitting your order. Riah D.I.Y is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Mockups may be provided when applicable. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

🔁 RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• No returns or refunds on personalized or custom items

• No returns or refunds on underwear or intimate items

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL!.

📦 CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided Riah has not started production and/or materials have not been purchased.
Once production begins and materials have been purchased, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

📍 ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

3D Sublimation Shirt Policy

Our 3D sublimation apparel is created using a specialized, handmade printing process. As we continue to refine and enhance this technique, minor imperfections such as specks, faint press marks, slight color variations, or subtle alignment differences may occasionally occur. These characteristics are a normal part of the handcrafted production process and do not affect the wearability or overall quality of the garment.

Every order is carefully inspected before it is shipped. By purchasing a 3D sublimation item, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of these minor cosmetic variations. We are committed to continuously improving our process while delivering the highest-quality custom products possible.
