At Riah D.I.Y, each item is made with care. Because many of our pieces are custom and specialty items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns.
Please read carefully before placing your order.
Items That CANNOT Be Returned or Exchanged
The following items are final sale:

Any item personalized with a name

Custom-made or made-to-order designs

Birthday outfits or themed sets created specifically for your order

Underwear, bodysuits, or intimate garments

Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items

Items returned without approval
These items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Items Eligible for Return (Non-Custom Only)
We accept returns only on non-custom, non-personalized items under the following conditions:

A return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
-
Tags (if applicable) must still be attached

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

For approved returns, if the return shipping cost is under $50, we will reimburse 50% of the shipping cost (shipping receipt required).
This keeps the process fair while preventing excessive shipping charges.

Refund Method
Approved returns will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We do not offer cash refunds to the original payment method unless there was an error on our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of packaging

Your order number
If approved, we will fix the issue at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once materials have been purchased or production has started.
