Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits & Payment All classes must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. No payment = no reservation. 2. Arrival Time Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for setup. There is a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your session WILL indeed be: • Shortened to fit the remaining time • rescheduled for a later date. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. 3. No Call / No Show If you do not show up and do not communicate before your scheduled time, your payment is forfeited. 4. Rescheduling One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice = new booking required. 5. Materials If the class requires you to bring materials (ex: tapestry, blank garments, etc.), you must bring them unless otherwise discussed. Class time will not be extended due to missing materials.
