Rush availability is not guaranteed and is only accepted when we determine that the order can reasonably be accommodated. ALL RUSH ORDER FEES AND RUSH SERVICES ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCE. By submitting payment for a rush order or rush service, you acknowledge and agree that the rush fee is a charge for priority processing and the additional time, labor, scheduling adjustments, and expedited arrangements required to accommodate your requested deadline. Rush fees are not a deposit and are not refundable if the order is later cancelled, changed, delayed, or unable to be completed by the requested date. RUSH ORDER RETAILER & SHIPPING DELAYS Rush orders often require materials, blanks, garments, supplies, or other items to be purchased and/or shipped on an expedited timeline. Once those items have been ordered, Riah D.I.Y is dependent on the retailer, supplier, shipping carrier, and/or manufacturer for delivery.
